PBGIC is responsible for data processing. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purposes. This privacy statement was
updated on 12 May 2021 to comply with the new GDPR.


Use of personal data

By using this website you share information with us via cookies. But it can also be via personal data submitted by yourself, for example when you send an enquiry via the enquiry form on our website. We only keep and use the personal data provided, within the framework of the activities you request from the PBGIC (for example receiving a consultation).

Contact form

If you fill out a contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is required for the
complete answering and processing of that. If we consider your e-mail has information we could use for future purposes or contributes to our knowledge databank, we do file the email longer term.

Other than already mentioned above, your information will not be provided by us to third parties. However, our site does contain measuring instruments from other parties, such as cookies from Google Analytics, a Twitter pixel, and a LinkedIn pixel. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We use this knowledge to optimize our website for our visitors. With Google, we have entered into a
processor agreement to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we anonymize the IP addresses.



We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example, we have taken the following measures:

– All persons who have access to your data on behalf of the PBGIC are bound by a confidentiality agreement in our employment contract;
– We use a username and password policy on all our systems;

– Our employees have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data;
– We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protects all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.
